Meter readings and keys
Electricity (day/night/feed-in + EAN), gas and water with meter number, and an exact list of keys.
Room by room
A fixed structure per room: finishes, doors and windows, fixtures, equipment and appliances.
Photo documentation
Overview and detail photos, numbered consecutively and linked to the written observation.
Signature
Statement of agreement, digital signature from each party, and locking of the report.
PDF report
One numbered PDF file with photo attachment, ready to be delivered.
Built-in risk reduction
- Warning for vague descriptions such as "good condition", "dirty" or "OK".
- Mandatory reason whenever an element, appliance or installation could not be checked, for example due to a disconnected supply or limited access.
- Checklist before signing.
- Reminder to check whether registration is required where the property is located.
